Hitoshi Sakimoto was originally a programmer and was responsible for the music and sound effects driver when developing the PC8801SR game “Revolter”. Later, with the encouragement of his friends, he became a full-time composer and collaborated with Matsuno Yasuki to compose soundtracks for classic games such as “Ogre Battle”, “Final Fantasy Tactics”, “Vagrant Story” and “Final Fantasy XII”.
