Since “The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time” landed on the PC platform, this classic N64 game has received countless imaginative MODs. We have seen the abilities of “Kingdom Tears”, such as “Ultimate Hand” and “Remnant Construction”, successfully ported to this old game, and even other Nintendo series such as “F-Zero” and “Pikmin” have entered Hyrule. But this MOD gives this game a whole new meaning.
That’s right, if you haven’t realized how crazy this is just by looking at the title, then let’s take a look at the latest work of MOD author notCHase – it directly moves the equipment of “HALO” into “Ocarina of Time”, and the effect is absurd and funny.

Although the Master Chief himself did not come to Hyrule this time, he was still well equipped with equipment. Tired of that pathetic little sword in Link’s hand? Now you can switch to HALO’s energy sword and cut down enemies in one leap. Hate the old bomb bag? It doesn’t matter, let’s get some real military grenades and let Dodongo taste what fire support is!
Isn’t it satisfying enough after the battle? If you think riding Epona is too “Ocarina of Time”, this MOD even adds the classic “Warthog” military jeep, which also comes with a heavy machine gun mount! The most exaggerated thing is that in this video, the player directly used the “Ultimate Hand” to put Princess Zelda into the car, and then drove the chariot all the way to kill the demonic insect Gohma – seeing this scene, we really laughed out loud.
This may not be the formal gameplay designed by the official, but it is really unique to see Link fully armed and going on a killing spree, giving Hyrule’s enemies a taste of future technology. To be honest, we originally thought that “HALO” would be available on multiple platforms, but we never expected that it would be implemented like this.
