Recently, a group of ROM cracking enthusiasts officially released the English language patch for “Kamen Rider SD: The Conspiracy of the Shuka Empire”, making this 1993 Japanese exclusive red and white console game fully English-language for the first time, allowing international players to finally experience this unique board RPG game!
Combining chessboard and RPG, players control Kamen Rider to liberate Japan!
Developed by Angel in 1993, this game combines board game mechanics and RPG combat. The gameplay is quite unique: in the game, players need to select a team of Kamen Riders, and then select areas across Japan to carry out liberation operations against the Shuka Empire controlled by the mysterious boss “Big Boss”!

Game features:
- Checkerboard map exploration: Players use roulette points to move around the map, explore various places, find the enemy’s secret base, and finally defeat the Shuka Empire.
- Random events and resource management: Certain grids can be used to obtain gold coins, participate in competitions, talk to NPCs, or repair/supply vehicles. However, some grids may cause negative effects such as tire bursts, affecting actions!
- Gain experience points through racing: There are racing elements in the game, and you can gain experience points (EXP) by winning.
- However, the character will not be upgraded immediately. He must return to the knight transport ship for enhancements, such as engine, durability, and fuel tank.
Kamen Rider lineup:
- The first generation Kamen Rider
- Kamen Rider V3
- Kamen Rider X
- Kamen Rider Amazon
- Kamen Rider Stronger
- Kamen Rider Black RX
- Kamen Rider Skyrider
- Kamen Rider ZX
